The Riddler: Riddle me this – “The less of me you have, the more I am worth”… what am I? Answer – A Friend.

Not reading the comic, I have watched the Comicstorian video that details the entire story and artwork which will be provided below the review. Before and after I agreed with all the critics naming that the series is some of the best Batman of all time. So I was invested in seeing how this adaptation came out.

Releasing back in July, I gave it a shot to find out that the animated movie was very different from the source material. While there was some story that did not quite flow right, every other second you can see a stereotypical action scene. Hush the character was not as impressive/epic compared to the deeper/original story that had mystery, unlike this movie.

Batman stories only work if there are lesser enemies, but a longer burn to them. That’s what made the original Hush special. The twist and turns were original, this kid-friendly portrayal was cringely predictable. While many who reviewed this movie agrees with the points I have out, still, some people actually enjoyed it.

Overall this movie was almost as bad as Batman Ninja… Don’t watch this movie even if you like the graphic novel. And if you have already seen this movie and liked it, I highly recommend reading the graphic novel or watch the video I mentioned in the first paragraph. It has been quite some time that I have gotten such a bad taste from a movie for a justified reason.

Catwoman: But this is Superman. Batman: Yes, and if he wanted we’d be dead already. Deep down he’s a good person and deep down I’m not.
