A sonnet written by Lee Sonogan

What’s important to me is offering perspectives into worlds that people don’t often get to see. Do you know what I mean? From angles they don’t often get to see. – Ryan Coogler
This prolog conciliatory backdraught,
Somewhat of a tentative enquiry,
Eying Dragonfire with stag jiggermast,
Every second as memento mori!
Such condensation thinking about it,
Twenty thousand leagues under injustice,
Already stuck in the orchestra pit,
No doubt presence is enough to suffice.
Tropical reaching titillating break,
Squall precip exchange plus peregrinate,
Receive a mistral’s emergency brake,
To sharpen, gale must incapacitate.
In adequate copacetic breathing,
I guess back till gyre monsoon whorl sheathing.
Times of great calamity and confusion have been productive for the greatest minds. The purest ore is produced from the hottest furnace. The brightest thunder-bolt is elicited from the darkest storm. – Charles Caleb Colton
