“We were the people who were not in the papers. We lived in the blank white spaces at the edges of print. It gave us more freedom. We lived in the gaps between the stories.” ― Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale
In any relevant fiction, we tell ourselves so far,
The entropic villains are the catalyst,
As we intentionally seem one-dimensional,
Our unsung heroes are never quite the same.
The bathos of the fallen archangel Samael,
Religion depicting the origins of time,
Why were they not concerned about a clear future?
Incessant accounts show these anecdotes are external contra to what’s on the mind.
Metaphors from the behaviour of animals,
General lack of creativity from the scientific sum,
We are unfinished is the infinite impossible ending tale.
Whatever the natural known number, if the observed truth is told.
I’ve been told that nobody sings the word “hunger” like I do. Or the word “love.” – Billie Holiday
