Consistency of performance is essential. You don’t have to be exceptional every week but as a minimum you need to be at a level that even on a bad day you get points on the board. – Sean Dyche
This term in the heading is a double standard as you are paid bad both ways with the least resistance. While minimum wage can barely sustain you if leaves you with the least amount of more ideal options. As people criticise a meritocracy for good reason, if we held each other up to higher standards then we can bargain or negotiate our way into decisive independence any company needs to be transparent to all eyes. Going both ways, the incentive here that all can choose to reject and absorb leaving with a transformational experience to do better next time. Setting heights even higher to branch out into enterprise, escaping the rat race and empowering yourself without being told of limits. Minimum Wage is centre left ideas in contrast to the positive of real free trade in stable capitalism integrating the other side.
Stipend no quarters,
Ling diminishing returns,
Who knew marauders.
I do not support raising the minimum wage, and the reason is as follows. When the minimum wage is raised, workers are priced out of the market. That is the economic reality that seems, at least so far, to be missing from this discussion. – John Sununu
