The last time I thought about Vince Vaughn was last year during his cameo appearance in the WWE inspired professional wrestling movie called Fighting With My Family. Trending five days ago on Twitter, I was gonna write about it but commenting on it right now. In this article, I intend to discuss why this outrage was unnecessary and how trends being the most talked topics at its time get such a reaction.
What started it all was this tweet provided above by a user named Timothy Burke. Seemly taking a life of itself for it would become political. The social media platform is full of people who will pick any side of this to gather likes for their basis. This video of 30-second has now been viewed more than 3.7 million times.
“Seriously, this guy just called me and screamed repeatedly, ‘I’M GOING TO KILL YOU F—T’ and then hung up,” – Timothy Burke tweeted.
Captions of the retweeted video went on the attack expressing negative opinions about the comedy attack with his fans rushing back in their overall support. I find the idea of two grown men having a very short conversation nothing of great importance. The political left must have thought he was liberal just like anyone else in Hollywood.
Now known conservative, the ‘Cancelled’ term has been thrown around. It is so dumb that this is even a thing. I doubt anyone will be talking about this in the weeks to come or reference it relating to the actor and presidents content of character. Saying that it does reflect on human cultures obsessive need to be tribalistic deep in their DNA.
