Herald of Perfection Effect: This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, Herald Promise. You can send 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster’s effect and destroy it.

Obviously, Herald of The Protection is the main card and it is used to negate everything. As long as you have fairly type cards in your hand then you have one very defensive deck. Nearly every card in this main deck will allow you to draw in one way or another.

Star Seraph cards help you draw while allowing you to gain benefits if you decide XYZ summon from the extra deck.

Gale Dogma’s effect can discard either Elder Entity N’tss or Herald of the Arc Light to gain good effects.
