MKUltra was a real top-secret CIA project that was also called the CIA mind control program. The operation was officially sanctioned in 1953 and lasted until 1973. In this mind control program, they conducted experiments on human subjects with it at times being illegal. The purpose of these experiments was to identify and develop drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations in order to weaken individuals and force confessions. MKUltra and its history remains in popular culture today.
In 1975, Senator Frank Church, and a commission headed by Vice President Nelson Rockefeller investigated the project. What they found was disturbing. Over two decades, the CIA spent $20 million to acquire services from researchers at more than 30 universities. And these they would conduct experiments without anyone’s knowledge. A former CIA chemist by the name of Sidney Gottlieb has also admitted to giving LSD to as many as 40 unwitting subjects and much more.
In December 2018, declassified documents included a letter to an unidentified doctor discussing work on six dogs made to run, turn and stop via remote control and brain implants. While many documents were disclosed to the public. Most of the other documents were destroyed by various sources. It is speculated that there were many more disturbing experiments done during that time including the hypnosis of children. Fact and I don’t believe these experiments have stopped…
