If I can make a short film, I can make a documentary type of video on YouTube. The home of original video content by UNGROOVYGORDS Production is one of my many projects and where I have published my short film for all to see. For my last post of the day, I want to mention my YouTube documentary ideas, one type of video I could publish to one of my YouTube Channels.
Collecting copyright stock footage for what UNGROOVYGORDS Productions could become, I have been brainstorming original video ideas. Posting an original video poem of Curiosity Plus Ignorance, a poem I wrote. There are still many more interesting videos I can film and edit. Video making is a long process which takes a lot of time and effort.
300 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute. It is not all video games and fail videos. There are hundreds of very good education and entertaining YouTube video out there. Enough to make you want to subscribe to them and be excited about what they put out next. Then all original and have good quality and production value.
Now, let me describe my YouTube documentary ideas. Documentaries are good when you like what they are about. Also, they contain a lot of interviews. My idea is to hire out a private-public room to conduct interviews with people. From this recorded footage in combination with no copyright videos, narration and more in my power, it could be a good long-term video project.
Almost 5 billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day. And an average month, 8 out of 10 18-49 year-olds watch YouTube. But what type of people watch originally made documentary videos on YouTube. First off it would be between 20 and 40 minutes. Interviews include opinion. So types of documentaries could be trends, issues, solutions, stories, controversial, revealing, debates and much more potential topic or subjects.
What do you think of this idea? Does my writing in this article or others make you believe that I could create such videos? Enjoying being creative in the video editor, I believe it could make it both educational and entertaining enough to get some people’s attention. Remember I have more YouTube video ideas, so this is only the beginning of an idea. To mention one more idea now, I have friends who are musicians, maybe do a live stream battle of the musician competition and also record it for the YouTube channel with footage from 2-3 cameras?
