Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you’re okay
Money, it’s a gas
Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash
New car, caviar, four star daydream
Think I’ll buy me a football team – Money, Pink Floyd
The eighth studio album by the English Rock band, Pink Floyd. A concept album, songs explore subjects such as conflict, greed, time and mental illness. With an estimated sales of over 45 million, this is Pink Fyold’s best selling album worldwide. This album is to this day regarded as one of the best albums Pink Floyd has ever made. One fun fact about this album’s success is some of the profits went into the production of the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

There is something called Dark Side of the Rainbow. Also known as Dark Side of Oz or The Wizard of Floyd. These names refer to the compilation of this album with the visual portions of the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. This is how I relistened to this album. There will be a link to that video below. Overall this album is one of the most chill rock albums of all time. Each song is beautiful in its own way. Everyone has heard songs from this album because the classic songs are always replayed and used in various other media. I recommend this album to everyone interested in music from this type of genre and the seventies.
8/10
Down (down, down, down, down)
And out (out, out, out, out)
It can’t be helped that there’s a lot of it about
With (with, with, with), without
And who’ll deny it’s what the fighting’s all about?
Out of the way
It’s a busy day
I’ve got things on my mind
For the want of the price
Of tea and a slice
The old man died – Us and Them, Pink Floyd
