After more than a year I am back playing Yu-Gi-Oh and I have a deck that has been winning in the new generation of the game. I have been wanting to use the Power Tool Dragon card in a deck for a long time. Finally I have done it and it is fun to use.
Power Tool Dragon’s effect:
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn: You can reveal 3 Equip Spell Cards from your Deck, then your opponent randomly adds 1 of them to your hand, and you shuffle the rest back into your Deck. If this card would be destroyed while equipped with an Equip Spell Card(s), you can send 1 of those cards to the Graveyard instead.

This deck revolves around summoning Power Tool Dragon on your first turn and winning in the first amount of turns once summoned. Or you can use a XYZ monster and power it up with the equip cards.
You will need to get through this deck quick to get the right cards for the combo. Use Allure of Darkness, Pot of Desires, Hidden Armory, Dragon Shrine, Terraforming and Dragon Ravine to do this.
To do this you will need Destrudo the Lost Dragon’s Frisson in your hand or graveyard and a level 4 monster on the field. Then you can special summon this turner card by paying half your life points.
Many cards in this deck can send Destrudo the Lost Dragon’s Frisson to the graveyard. You can also send Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm with these cards to special the level 4 monster you need for the synchro summoning.
Dragon shrine, Dragon Ravine, Hidden Armory, and Twin Swords of Flashing Light – Tryce can be used to get those two monsters to the graveyard.
You can also discard Glow-Up Bulb and re summon it when ever you want. This combo is used to summon Life Stream Dragon when you already have Power Tool Dragon out on the field.
The biggest weakness of this deck is that it is vulnerable to card effects that do not destroy the monster. Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit, Effect Veiler and Royal Decree are the only cards to protect you from its only weaknesses.
You can avoid negation of the Power Tool Dragon by choosing the first turn if you win the rock, paper, scissors. But you will not be able to attack and not get the extra card draw if needed. You can stall one turn and take life points if needed. In this deck you should be able to pull off this combo in your second turn. Do not worry about life point when using this deck.
