Most well known for contributions to the science of evolution. He also had a lot to say about other things and profound comments for a person of his time. His two books called The Voyage of the Beagle and On the Origin of Species changed the world as we knew it in the middle of the 18th century. By the time of his death is when his fame truly started. Critics and scientisc changed their minds over time. Darwinism would lead to further research on evolution. Having read a book about Charles Darwin, he was very smart and deserved everything he earned.

He died at the age of 73 while he had 10 children. Being know for the origin of species work, the naturalist, geologist and biologist was a very sick man for most of his life. After 5 years at sea, it triggered lifelong health issues. Still he managed to heaps including a some 250 species and several higher groups bear Darwin’s name.
