“Without ice cream, there would be darkness and chaos.”
― Don Kardong

There is many different flavours of ice cream out there. I spell flavors as flavours because I am from Australia. In this list I will attempt to list my favourite ice cream flavours from 10 to first. You may not agree with me and that is ok.

10. Blue Moon Ice Cream

Blue coloured ice cream never tasted so good. A rare import that originates in the United States. I have tried this flavour a few times. It is sweet with a smurf blue marshmallow taste. This one will give you a blue tongue.

9.  Vanilla Ice Cream

Old reliable vanilla ice cream. The default or plain flavour in ice cream. And one of the most common types of ice cream sold with ice cream and in ice cream. To keep vanilla interesting it is perfect with most toppings.

8.  Coffee Ice Cream

A caffeine boost created and combined in many different ways. Mocha? Espresso? Cappuccino? Icy? Smooth? I would like to try the coffee ice cream in this list (https://sweatpantsandcoffee.com/tasted-23-kinds-coffee-ice-cream-and-ranked-them/ ) that I have not consumed before.

7. Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Chipped chocolate in vanilla or chocolate. It is one of the many ways to add choclate to more choclate. It is very similar to choclate ice cream.

6. Rainbow Shertbert Ice Cream

Just like the name suggests it has many flavours all in one. Surprisingly it is very good. If you do not have a wide palette of food you like this ice cream may be a little bit too much for you.

5. Chocolate Ice Cream

The top favourite flavour of the average person. While it does not have chips in it I have an application of just plain chocolate ice cream. Chocolate is the oldest ice cream as the earliest recipes were published in Naples, Italy in 1963.

4.  Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Cookies and cream is most associated with the Oreo cookie. Mixed with vanilla it can be mixed with many other flavours. Sweet like a cookie it adds a unique taste to the ice cream. I usually get a Oreo Mcflurry at McDonald’s.

3. Caramel Ice Cream

Can be salted or just plain sweet taste of creamy caramel. Either way the taste is like chocolate 2.0. Its texture is like gold in your mouth. Traditionally a candy made in French, it is popular in the United States and the world.

2. Mint Ice Cream

Strong mint taste with a good combination of chocolate. Also known as peppermint, it also can come with chocolate chips. My favourite brand of mint ice cream is Connoisseur mint ice cream. The chocolate chips are thin and the green ice cream is at perfect quality.

1. Strawberry Ice Cream

Number 1 and a biased choice is strawberry by far. Made with fresh strawberries it can also be served with fresh strawberries. Always what I eat first in a Neapolitan ice cream. Dates back to 1913 and has many variations. No other ice cream hits the spot just like strawberry ice cream,

I still have many ice cream flavours to try.

“Some things in life are like ice cream:
They’re only good for a while and then they melt.
The trick is enjoying it and making the most of it while it’s still ice cream.”
