‘Everyone gets forgetful every now and then. With modern knowledge we have methods and techniques very useful to fight against memory loss. Improving memory, includes diet, exercise, stress management, cognitive therapy, Neuroimaging, neurobiological, pharmaceutical medications and more. So the information is out there to practise and train your memory. The following list is based on science, studies and logic.
