“Look at this world. This beautiful world. We built this world together. A world where dreams come true. A world where you can be free. But this world is a lie. This world deserves to die. Because this is your world. We’ve lived by your rules long enough. We can save this world. We can burn it to the ground, and from the ashes…build a new world. Our world.” – Dolores, Season two – Westworld trailer
IMDB.com desription on what the tv show is about: Set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined past, explore a world in which every human appetite can be indulged without consequence.
On the 22nd of April, season 2 of Westworld comes out. With being one of the best shows around to watch, season two has been highly anticipated. From watching the three trailers revealing footage of the season it looks like it can go in an interesting way. Season 2 will include so much, I do not want to try to predict it. I highly recommend watching the first season and have written a tv show review about it. https://ungroovygords.com/2016/12/05/westworld-a-tv-show-review/
This tv show is so famous that its fans continue to come up with new theories and ideas for what is to come. The new season will contain 10 episodes that will go between 57-91minutes. Just like the original movie that the tv show is based on, there will be a samurai world and maybe even a medieval world or/and a Roman World.
Characters returning for season 2:
- Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood
- Maeve (Thandie Newton)
- Lee Sizemore (Simon Quaterman)
- Elsie Hughes (Shannon Woodward)
- Ashley Stubbs (Luke Hemsworth)
- Charlotte Hale (tessa Thompson)
- William (Jimmi Simpson)
- Peter Abernathy (Louis Herthum)
- Clementine (Angela Sarafyan)
- Much more characters to return!!
New worlds and new storys is what I am waiting for. I want to see Maeve out in the real world and see Dolores be a badass with complete control of her own consciousness. Incredible acting scenes. Dramatic and philosophy type of dialog that adds to connections. Twists and turns to add to the heavily developed story. The first season was full of interesting layers, season 2 will have to be ambitious to keep the greatness it achieved in its first season.
PS – HBO knows how to create storys! I 10 more days until the first episode is made avalable to watch with my own two eyes
