A video game review by: Lee Sonogan
(2016) Fighting, MMO, RPG, action
The sequel to the original Dragon Ball Xenoverse game. The game is about history being altered by evil intruders. Dragon ball z and even Dragon ball super history. Make a custom player and become a time patroller in order to protect the past and future. The game its own style and cut scenes. Then explore the open world and talk with most of the characters in the series.
The gameplay is fighting in the story mode or fooling around in Conton city. There you can communicate with AI and online people. Buy equipment and various items. Trainers from the series that give you moves. And so much more to find your self. With your custom character, you can choose to be an Earthling, Saiyan, Namekian, Frieza race or Majin. This game takes place two years after the events of the first game
300 players can be online at the same time on one server, and all players can undertake quests, enter fights, shop, and more in Conton City. The game modes in it are Story mode, Parallel quests, Endless, No-level matches, Giant-boss mode, World tournament mode, Training mode and Raid boss battles.
Overall it was impressive. The best DBZ game since Raging Blast 2. This game is a must have to fans of the series. It runs well and the gameplay is fun to play. The sound is impressive to. With some surprises to the story, the last fight before the ending was really difficult. Well, at first. Then there was a happy ending. The story of it now is mostly finished, but there’s still so much to do. Need to get my level up, learn all the moves and face people online. Even a world tournament in it. I recommend this game to people who like Anime and epic fighting games.
7.8/10
